What is the Technology Exchange?
The Tech Exchange is The Atrium's dedicated space for technology professionals, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts to meet, share expertise, and collaboratively solve problems.
Our recurring one-hour sessions are designed to be a dynamic, low-commitment opportunity to dive deep into a specific technical topic, get inspired by the latest innovations, and leverage the collective knowledge of the Atrium community.
We welcome all levels of expertise—from those building the next big thing to those simply looking to understand new technologies better.
It's the perfect forum to:
- Exchange Ideas: Discuss emerging trends like AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and more.
- Share Knowledge: Present a project, demo a new tool, or share a technical deep-dive.
- Find Solutions: Pose a technical challenge to the community and get real-time feedback and potential solutions.
Session Format (60 Minutes)
To keep the session focused and on time, we follow a structured, rapid-fire format:

| Featured Presentation | 15 min | Pre-scheduled presentation, demo, or workshop on a specific topic. |
| Q&A for Presenter | 15 min | Audience questions and feedback for the featured presenter. |
| Wrap-up & Transitions | 10 min | Final networking, wrap-up, and transition back to work/day. |

Presenter: Jordan Trask
Description: In this tech exchange Jordan takes you into the kitchen of AI slop, showing how he uses tools like Visual Studio Code, Open Code, DeepSeek, and GitHub Copilot to whip up projects and custom skills.
He'll walk through some of the custom skills he's built, like a Plan Generation File skill and Laravel agent skills, and share his approach to prompting, setting parameters, and turning raw AI output into something actually useful. This session is geared toward people already using AI for things like written output or brainstorming and want to see how to take it further with coding tools.
